NO REFUNDS POLICY
As per our current service framework, no cancellations or refunds are entertained once a subscription to ThinkTube Plus has been processed. All sales are final.
ThinkTube Plus is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to premium features, AI-powered tools, and enhanced functionality. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access granted upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles, but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
When you cancel your subscription:
If you wish to immediately revoke access to Plus features, you may delete your account. However, this action is irreversible and will result in the permanent loss of all your data, including playlists, progress, and bookmarks.
Our services provide immediate access to digital assets and AI-powered features. Because resources are consumed instantly upon use and cannot be returned, we cannot offer retroactive refunds. This is standard practice for digital subscription services.

Many of our features, such as AI content generation, consume computational resources that cannot be recovered once used. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed based on usage.
ThinkTube Plus subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or annual). Each billing period is independent, and payment is required for each period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended, and you will lose access to Plus features until payment is successfully processed.
While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refund requests in the following situations:

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
If we offer a free trial period:
Promotional pricing and discounts are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to existing subscriptions. Promotional offers are subject to the same no-refund policy.
In the rare event that a refund is approved:
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellations and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
