ThinkTube offers both Free and Paid (Plus) subscription tiers. The features and limitations of each tier are detailed on our pricing page.
Payments for Plus subscriptions are processed via Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information or other sensitive payment data.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Fees are charged in advance for the subscription period you select.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew. You authorize us to charge the renewal fee to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Plus features until the end of your paid period.
You agree to use ThinkTube only for legal and authorized purposes. You will not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
You are responsible for the content you add to ThinkTube, including playlists, notes, and other user-generated content. You warrant that you have the right to use and share such content.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ThinkTube and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant ThinkTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
ThinkTube integrates with third-party services including YouTube, Google Authentication, Razorpay, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.
ThinkTube is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We are not liable for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party content, including YouTube videos and data. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThinkTube, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of ThinkTube after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThinkTube operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ThinkTube regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
